PICK UP & DROP OFF POLICY
Your items will be ready for pickup 2 days before your event, if you require them earlier please contact our staff to arrange a day and time.
Please book a time to pick up your items, this will allow our staff to have your rentals pushed to the front and ensure our staff is within ear shot of the door bell.
Dropping of your rentals, will accepted back as early as the day after your event up to the next business day, if late this could result in a late fee unless arranged with our staff.
if dropping off on the weekend, please let our staff know as we could be away from the residence. We will give instructions on where to leave your rentals.
